Petrol retail prices down by VND 500 per litre

Oil and petrol businesses started reducing their petrol retail prices by VND 500 per litre (value added tax is included) from 9 pm May 27.
This is according to the Ministry of Finance’s new official document No.168/TB-BTC on managing price and using the oil and petrol price stabilisation fund.
The businesses have been requested to reduce level of using the above-said fund for petrol to VND 200 per litre from VND 500 as of May 28.
