Work begins on Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway

The construction of a 71 kilometre long section of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway started in Yen Bai province on July 31.
The section running through Phu Tho and Yen Bai provinces has a total investment of VND 3.61 trillion from the Vietnam Expressway Development Investment Corporation.
It is being built by the Republic of Korea’s Keangnam Company.
